**Water & Sewer Taps: If
tap requires cutting of State Road, add $500 or 2 X cost (whichever is
greater). Whenever a water or sewer
connection involves a service lateral of 50 feet or greater and involves a
street encroachment, then said connection shall be considered as an extension
and the regulations pertaining to the charges for extensions shall be
applicable thereto and costs may be assigned in addition to tap fees.
