The West Robeson Americans went on a seven-run scoring spree in the bottom of the 6th inning to defeat the Lumberton Nationals by a score of 9-2 on Tuesday evening in Red Springs. Tim Carter's home run in the 6th inning for the West Robeson Americans was his third home run in two games.

The West Robeson Americans will face Elizabethtown on Wednesday, with the winner gaining the right to play in the championship game on Thursday against Red Springs.
