Elizabethtown upsets Red Springs

Red Springs will still play in championship game on Thursday

The Red Springs baseball team suffered their first loss of the Red Springs Tournament on Tuesday evening at the hands of Elizabethtown. However, Red Springs will still be playing in the championship game on Thursday. Their opponent for that game will be the winner of Wednesday evening's game between the West Robeson Americans and Elizabethtown.

In Tuesday evening's game, Elizabethtown's Zakiem Rogers hit a 3-run homer in the first inning.
