Services held for 16-year old Ticha Ford of Raeford

Overflow crowd at Turlington School attends service

An overflow crowd attended the service for Ticha Ford on Tuesday at Turlington School in Raeford.

Family and friends grieved over the sudden and accidental death of the 16-year old Raeford girl.

In addition to the girl's parents, Marsha and Jerome, two older sisters, Yolanda and Shalonda, and many relatives and friends, the death is a heavy loss for Ticha's twin sister, Nicha.

For 16 years, Nicha and Ticha were always very close to each other.

Family members say that Ticha loved her friends, listening to music, and talking on the phone. Like her twin sister Nicha, Ticha attended Turlington High School.
