Microsoft - Antitrust Settlement

Skeptics say little gain from settlement

While most of the sanctions against Microsoft resulting from the 2001 antitrust settlement are set to expire in November, skeptics say the government's settlement remedy was so weak that little dent has been made into the software giant's monopoly status.
