Aspiring entrepreneurs discuss prosperity principles
by Thomas H. McKinney
Entrepreneurs must take their passion for their business and combine it with practices and behaviors based on principles for prosperity.
That was the theme as small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs gathered at Wake Tech Community College this week to share ideas, ask questions, and learn more about growing a successful business.
Participants discussed how the failure to implement essential bookkeeping practices, maintain detailed records, and "watch the money" have doomed otherwise promising small businesses.
The energetic Barnsley Brown, owner of Spirited Solutions, steered the seminar participants through a lively discussion of the essentials of prosperity. Her interactive approach encouraged participants to share their experiences and develop workable strategies for success.
