Council commends police officers' achievements

The Raeford City Council and Police Chief Michael Dummett recognized the achievements of two Raeford police officers at Tuesday evening's council meeting. Jeffrey F. Stewart and Peter John Montiero both received plaques for successfully completing North Carolina's certification program for criminal investigation.
