Fundraiser held for William Daniels

Suffered stroke in Florida over Christmas holiday

Serves as Executive Director of the NC Turkey Festival

The fundraiser for William Daniels, Executive Director of the North Carolina Turkey Festival, was held in Raeford on Friday, January 18th. Mr. Daniels suffered a stroke in Florida over the Christmas holiday and is currently recovering in Raeford. Since his part-time position with the NC Turkey Festival did not include health insurance, members of the community are making efforts to help him with his medical expenses.
