Dallas remains undefeated with win over Leland

Justin "Tiny" Hayes blasts a two-run homer for Dallas

The Dallas baseball team demonstrated their pitching and defensive skills in holding the previously high-scoring Leland baseball team to just one run in a 4-1 victory on Monday night in Eden, NC. Dallas remains unbeaten in tournament play, while the Leland team suffered their first loss. Justin "Tiny" Hayes smacked a two-run homer to power the Dallas four-run rally that brought them back from an early 1-0 deficit. Dallas will now face Fayetteville again (8:00 pm), a team they defeated 8-2 on Sunday, while Leland plays Columbus County (6:00 pm) when play resumes on Tuesday.
